All Maison Artisan creations — including engagement rings, fine jewellery, and fully bespoke pieces — are made exclusively to order, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Design Confirmation
A design enters production after:

• Center stone selection (if applicable)
• Precious metal choice
• Ring size
• CAD renderings (if applicable)
• Any bespoke or custom details

Production Timelines

• Standard production: 2–16 weeks
• Fully bespoke or complex designs may require additional time
• Timelines begin once written approval and deposit are received

Design Modifications

• Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees
• Changes cannot be made after casting has begun

Maison Artisan exclusively works with luxury-grade, high-purity precious metals.

• 18K White Gold (Au750)
• 18K Rose Gold (Au750)

These metals offer superior colour, durability, and refinement consistent with fine jewellery standards.

Metals Not Offered

• Maison Artisan does not craft jewellery in 14K gold to ensure consistent purity and integrity across all pieces.

Metal Adjustments

• Resizing or modifications requiring additional precious metal may incur charges.

Diamond Curation
Each diamond we present is individually hand-selected, curated to meet the highest standards of brilliance, clarity, proportion, and character. Stones are chosen or crafted specifically for your design to ensure harmony between the diamond and the craftsmanship of the piece.

Binding Diamond Approval
Once a diamond is approved by the client — verbally, through email, or via signed documentation — the selection becomes binding and final.

• The approved stone is reserved exclusively for your piece.
• Changes cannot be made hereafter.
• Any request to alter the diamond after approval requires initiating a new order, subject to new pricing and timelines.

This ensures accuracy, exclusivity, and the integrity of the curated selection process.

Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom or bespoke order.
• The remaining balance must be completed prior to pickup or shipping.

Applicable Taxes

International Duties & Customs
International clients are responsible for:

• Brokerage fees
• Any government-imposed charges

Maison Artisan does not cover or reimburse these fees and is not responsible for customs delays.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
As a courtesy, clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided no diamond has been selected or approved.

Orders Cannot Be Cancelled Once:

• A diamond has been selected, curated, or crafted
• A diamond has been approved (verbally or in writing)
• CAD work has begun
• Casting or production has started
• Custom materials or precious metals have been allocated

Deposit Refunds

• If cancelled within the eligible 24-hour window and before diamond curation begins, deposits may be refunded
• After this window or once diamond work begins, deposits are non-refundable

Once the client reviews, approves, and signs all initial and final documentation, the following agreement applies:

Acknowledgment of Terms
By signing documentation, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of:

• Design specifications
• CAD renderings
• Diamond selection
• Metal choice
• Pricing & payments
• Production timelines
• Warranty limitations
• Final order confirmation

Liability Limitations
After approval, Maison Artisan is not responsible for:

• Personal preference changes
• Incorrect sizing not disclosed before production
• Damage, wear-and-tear, or misuse after delivery
• Repairs performed outside Maison Artisan (voids all warranty)

Any further services requested after the final agreement are subject to separate terms and fees.

Purpose
This agreement ensures transparency, clarity, and mutual responsibility while upholding the integrity of our craftsmanship and bespoke process.

Ethical Standards

Maison Artisan is committed to responsible sourcing:

• Lab-grown diamonds are conflict-free and sustainability-focused
• Natural diamonds are sourced through reputable, Kimberley Process–compliant suppliers

Certification
Where applicable, diamonds are certified through IGI & GIA.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• All orders within Canada are shipped via an insured express courier, signature-required courier service.
• Delivery timelines vary by province and will be communicated upon dispatch.
• Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.

Complimentary International Shipping

• International orders are shipped through a secure, insured express courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Clients are responsible for all duties, VAT, customs fees, and any government-imposed import charges.
• Maison Artisan is not liable for customs delays or additional border-related fees.
• Expedited international shipping is available at an additional cost.

Responsibility Transfer
Once a package is signed for or delivered, responsibility and ownership transfer to the client.

Every order is presented in Maison Artisan’s signature luxury packaging, thoughtfully designed for beauty and protection.

Our packaging reflects the refinement and artistry of the Maison.

Initial Ring Resizing

• One complimentary resizing within ½ size is included for select pieces
• Resizing beyond ½ size requires additional precious metal and incurs fees
• Full eternity bands cannot be resized

Future Adjustments
Quoted based on the selected Maison Care Program and the nature of the adjustment.

Maison Artisan offers 1-Year, 3-Year, and 5-Year Maison Care Programs, which include:

• Annual resizing (within ½ size)
• Annual rhodium plating
• Prong tightening
• Stone resetting
• Professional cleaning, polishing & inspection
• Custom diamond replacement pricing for each tier

Eligibility
All Engagement Ring diamonds — lab-grown and natural — are eligible for the Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program.

Warranty Requirements

• Regular servicing and inspections are required to maintain coverage
• Out-of-province and international clients may ship jewellery; they cover all shipping, insurance, customs, and duties

Warranty Exclusions

• Loss or theft
• Misuse, impact damage, or chemical exposure
• Third-party repairs (void all warranty)

Clients may upgrade their Engagement Ring Diamond at any time:

• Lab → larger/higher-value lab diamond
• Lab → natural diamond
• Natural → larger natural diamond

Your original diamond’s value (excluding taxes and setting) is credited toward your new selection.

• Please arrive on time to ensure a full appointment
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

• All repairs must be performed in-house to maintain warranty integrity
• Quotes are provided after assessment
• Timelines vary based on complexity
