Extended Warranty for All Maison Artisan Diamond Jewellery

Every Maison Artisan jewel is a testament to craftsmanship, artistry, and emotion — a creation meant to accompany you through life’s most meaningful moments. The Maison Care Program is our extended warranty, designed to provide exceptional long-term protection and care for all Maison Artisan diamond jewellery, ensuring your pieces maintain their brilliance, structure, and integrity for years to come.

Each plan offers privileged access to our artisans and a suite of services tailored to preserve the beauty of your jewellery.

What Your Coverage Includes

Annual Resizing (Rings Only)

  • One complimentary resizing per year for rings
  • Up to 1⁄2 size up or down included
  • Anything beyond 1⁄2 size incurs precious metal charges only (no labour fee)
  • Tennis bracelets/necklaces follow custom assessment — labour not charged, but gold links & diamonds (if needed) will incur cost

Annual Rhodium Plating (Where Applicable)

  • One rhodium plating per year for white gold jewellery
  • Restores a luminous mirror-finish and high-lustre sheen to preserve structural integrity

Prong Tightening & Structural Integrity Check

  • Complimentary prong tightening and stability adjustments
  • Applies to rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets & tennis pieces
  • Reinforces diamond security and prevents loosening over time
  • Essential for high-wear pieces such as rings and tennis bracelets

Diamond Resetting (Labour Covered)

  • No labour fee — craftsmanship is fully covered under the plan
  • Resetting any diamond dislodged through normal wear
  • Replacement diamonds are priced based on the stone itself, including:
    • Size
    • Shape / cut
    • Colour
    • Clarity
    • Whether the diamond is lab-grown or natural
  • Clients pay only the diamond replacement cost, never the resetting labour

Professional Cleaning & Brilliance Revival

  • Deep steam cleaning, polishing, and residue removal
  • Restores light performance and sparkle
  • Recommended every 6–12 months
  • Safe for all diamond jewellery

Inspection & Wear Analysis

  • Rigorous structural check of clasps, hinges, prongs, jump rings, and solder points
  • Especially essential for:
    • Tennis bracelets & necklaces
    • Hoop earrings
    • Fine pavé jewellery
    • High-wear pieces
  • Helps prevent future loss or damage

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program Eligibility

All engagement ring diamonds by Maison Artisan jewellery remain fully eligible for the Maison Artisan Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program, allowing clients to upgrade to:

  • a larger diamond
  • a higher-value diamond
  • a natural diamond
  • a coloured diamond

at any time, with the original diamond’s value applied toward the upgraded selection.

Service Requirements

Routine Servicing Required to Maintain Coverage

Your warranty remains active when jewellery is brought in for regular inspections.
These visits allow our artisans to:

  • check prong tightness
  • assess clasp integrity
  • inspect settings for micro-movement
  • detect early signs of wear or damage

Skipping inspections may void certain coverage elements due to preventable damage.

Out-of-Province & International Clients

Clients are welcome to ship their jewellery for servicing. Please note:

  • Clients cover inbound and outbound shipping costs
  • All customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import/export fees are the client’s responsibility
  • Use insured, trackable shipping only
  • Maison Artisan is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages or customs processing

What Is Not Covered

The Maison Care Program does not cover:

  • Loss or theft of jewellery or diamonds
  • Centre stone upgrades (handled through the Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program)
  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, or chemical exposure
  • Repairs or adjustments performed by third parties
  • Precious metal charges for resizing beyond 1⁄2 size
  • Natural surface scratches or signs of everyday wear
  • Stones lost due to natural wear & tear and delayed inspections
